We are specializing in the manufacturing of Hitech Refractive Coating based on Graphite, Zircon and Magnesite based Core Washed / Core Coating.

We are manufacturing both Water based and Alcohol based Coatings and these Coatings are applied on the core and moulds.

Surface to impart excellent coating finish. The product formulation is based mostly on Blending of Indigenous and Imported raw materials emulsifiers and suspension agents etc. These homogenous washed are widely used in bulk quantities by Automobile Foundries and also other Foundries specializing in Credical Castings jobs.

We also manufacture Furnace Flux Additives, Cores Joining Compound Liquid, Collapsible Additives of various grades of Innoculants for Grey and Ductile iron to impart imnproved machineability and enhance grain structure properties.

Huge quantities of Innoculants are used by the Foundry Industries to get desired Metallurgical properties and Grade of Metal they produce as per the stringent specification of the customers.
